MELBOURNE, FLA. Jan. 8, 2024 – BRPH, a nationally ranked architecture, engineering and construction firm with 10 offices nationwide, recently welcomed Tanya Arries as a regional market leader. In this new role, Arries will work closely with existing clients and in collaboration with the firm’s architecture and engineering business unit leaders to pursue strategic opportunities. She comes to BRPH with more than 25 years of experience providing business development, capture management, and sales and client relationship management across federal, defense, intelligence, aerospace and commercial markets. Arries will work remotely from Virginia.

Most recently, Arries served as vice president of business development for AECOM Construction Inc. – Federal Construction Services. In this role, she captured more than $174 million in new business and led a team of cross-functional professionals in strategic pursuits focused on controlled growth. Arries spent more than a decade of her career at The Boeing Company, where she held progressive roles in manufacturing engineering, program management, technical services and business development. Prior to joining AECOM, she acted as senior capture manager for classified programs at Fluor Federal Solutions in Herndon, Virginia.

Arries earned a BSBA degree in International Business & Economics from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is currently a member of the Society of American Military Engineers.
