Oct. 25, 2023 – BRPH, a nationally ranked architecture, engineering and construction firm with 10 offices nationwide, named Patrick Durkin its regional market leader for the Western United States. In this new role, Durkin will work closely with existing clients and with the firm’s architecture and engineering business unit leaders to pursue strategic opportunities in the region. He comes to BRPH with 12 years of experience in business development, capture management, client relations, project management and mechanical engineering in the aerospace and mission systems industry. He will work from the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona, office and interface with team members at BRPH’s 10 U.S. offices.

Most recently, Durkin served as senior program and capture manager for General Dynamics Mission Systems in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he managed Space Development Agency programs while working to capture new business in the Department of Defense and space markets. Prior to that, he worked for Northrop Grumman Space Systems in a similar role. Durkin spent the first several years of his career working as a mechanical engineer and consultant for aerospace companies.

Durkin earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA from the University of Arizona.
