MELBOURNE, Fla., July 8, 2026–BRPH, a nationally recognized architecture, engineering and construction firm, today announced the promotion of Matt Buecker to vice president, satcom ground stations. In his new role, Buecker will lead strategic growth, client engagement and global project delivery for BRPH’s radome and antenna program in the construction services group.

Buecker brings nearly 30 years of construction management experience in the aerospace and defense industry. His career is defined by technical depth, client partnership and the ability to deliver complex projects in demanding environments around the world.

Throughout his career, Buecker has led high-stakes programs for some of the most mission-critical projects in the defense and aerospace sectors. He served as construction manager on a multi-antenna field project in Alice Springs, Australia, overseeing civil infrastructure in support of a major satellite communications program. He also has directed the parallel delivery of two secure satellite antenna installations at Camp Blaz, Guam and Diego Garcia, coordinating complex civil infrastructure, antenna and radome foundations, electrical and fiber distribution, and fire protection systems across remote, logistically challenging sites.

“Matt’s promotion to vice president is a reflection of everything he brings to this firm every single day,” said Matt Tyler, president of construction services at BRPH. “He has consistently delivered at the highest level and holds every project, team member and client relationship to an uncompromising standard of quality and safety. Clients trust Matt because he earns it — through transparency, follow through and a genuine commitment to their success. We are proud to see him step into this role, and we look forward to the continued impact he will have on our people, our projects and our clients.”

Buecker’s technical foundation is rooted in electrical and communications design, with specialized knowledge in power distribution, structured cabling infrastructure, telecommunications equipment planning, OSP fiber cabling design, wireless connectivity analysis and classified pathway planning. He is a certified general contractor in multiple states, RCDD accredited and PMP certified.

In his new role as vice president, Buecker will continue to drive client relationships, guide technical strategy and lead BRPH’s project teams with the same commitment to quality and mission success that has defined his tenure at the firm.
