In this role, Watts will oversee operations and technical disciplines for the company’s AE business. She will work closely with the firm’s other senior leaders to develop forward-looking strategies for enhancing company growth, revenue and market share across 12 offices which provide services to clients in aerospace, defense, education, entertainment, hospitality, manufacturing and industrial market sectors. As president of AE, Watts will lead one of the three companies under the BRPH corporate umbrella, which also includes construction services and mission solutions.

“Since joining BRPH, Marti has built a high-performing team and a successful business unit,” said Brian Curtin, CEO and chairman of the board for BRPH. “Clients rely on her to tackle their most complex issues and serve as a trusted strategic partner—helping position BRPH as a single-source provider for some of the world’s top manufacturers, especially in the aviation industry. Our Board of Directors is proud to recognize Marti’s significant contributions to the firm and to promote her to president, a role in which she will continue to drive even greater impact for BRPH and our clients.”

Watts joined the firm in 2013 as a project manager, and over her tenure she has assumed leadership roles of progressive importance. Most recently, she served as executive vice president and business unit leader for the firm’s manufacturing and industrial (M&I) markets, diversifying BRPH’s extensive portfolio of aviation, advanced manufacturing and mission-critical projects, while growing and maintaining key client relationships worldwide. Under her leadership, sales in the M&I business unit grew more than 300 percent.

“Over the past 12 years, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to grow my career here. BRPH has been more than a workplace—it’s provided a place for immense personal growth, surrounded by an exceptional team dedicated to solving our clients’ toughest challenges,” said Watts. “I look forward to building on our reputation for innovation and creating an even greater impact for our clients and the firm in my new role.”

An industry leader with 28 years of design and project management experience, Watts brings to her role an in-depth knowledge of facility design, program management and construction administration experience for large-scale industrial projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and is LEED AP and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
