Marketing Leader Takes on Expanded Role at Nationally Ranked AEC Firm
MELBOURNE, Fla. May 28, 2025 – BRPH, a nationally ranked architecture, engineering and construction firm, has promoted Lisa Swiergosz to director of marketing. In this expanded role, she will lead all marketing and integrated communications functions for the firm’s architecture and engineering, construction services and mission solutions companies.
An established, seasoned expert in marketing and communications, Lisa brings nearly 25 years of experience in the AEC industry. She has extensive knowledge in marketing management, branding, corporate positioning and strategic storytelling, coupled with a track record of proven success in business development, sales management and client account analysis.

Lisa joined BRPH in 2020 and has played a key role in driving capture strategy, aligning marketing approaches with business objectives and enhancing client engagement. Most recently, she served as marketing leader for the firm’s architecture and engineering company.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Public Relations from Bowling Green State University. She is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Central Florida and serves on the board of directors for Keep Brevard Beautiful (KBB).
