MELBOURNE, Fla. – Aug. 5, 2026 – BRPH, a nationally ranked, 100 percent employee-owned architecture, engineering and construction firm, today announced the appointments of Kevin Mantovani as vice president, federal integrated services in BRPH’s construction services practice and Chris Blanchette as federal business unit leader for the firm’s architecture and engineering practice. Together, the two leaders will drive BRPH’s strategy to expand its federal market presence through fully integrated planning, design and construction solutions.

Blanchette brings more than 28 years of experience serving federal agencies from multiple perspectives—as an active-duty and reserve U.S. Air Force civil engineer, federal client and AEC consultant. A colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, he has spent his career supporting the Department of War and other federal agencies while leading strategy, business development and complex capital programs.

As federal business unit leader, Blanchette will lead the architecture and engineering strategy across the federal market, with an emphasis on expanding relationships with  federal agencies and industry partners, applying our comprehensive companywide portfolio to support federal market growth.

Mantovani is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, and brings over 28 years of leadership experience spanning the U.S. Air Force, federal programs and executive management. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of federal programs for FluidLogic, a technology start-up company where he led strategic growth, business development and product development for the federal and tactical market. Throughout his Air Force career, he directed multi-billion-dollar infrastructure programs, installation operations and engineering initiatives supporting missions around the world.

In his role as vice president, federal integrated services, Mantovani will lead the construction services strategy for BRPH’s federal market, helping clients capitalize on integrated project delivery by combining architecture, engineering and construction expertise under one team.

“Kevin and Chris bring exceptional leadership, federal expertise and decades of experience delivering mission-critical programs,” said Brian Curtin, P.E., chief executive officer and chairman of the board for BRPH. “Together, they strengthen our ability to provide clients with a truly integrated approach that combines planning, design and construction to accelerate delivery, improve collaboration and solve increasingly complex challenges. Their leadership positions BRPH for continued growth across the federal market.”

“Federal agencies are looking for innovative ways to deliver projects more efficiently, and integrated delivery is becoming increasingly important,” Blanchette said. “BRPH has a unique combination of in-house architecture, engineering and construction expertise, along with progressive design-build experience, backed by decades of supporting aerospace, defense and other mission-critical industries. We’re well positioned to bring those capabilities to federal clients in new ways.”

Mantovani said he was drawn to BRPH’s collaborative culture and opportunity to expand integrated services into the federal market. “BRPH has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects for aerospace and defense clients through an integrated approach,” Mantovani said. “Our innovative progressive design-build approach will directly translate to value for our federal clients.”

The additions strengthen BRPH’s growing national presence in aerospace, defense, manufacturing and federal markets while reinforcing the firm’s commitment to delivering innovative and efficient solutions through fully integrated project teams.
