Jan. 15, 2025 –  BRPH, a nationally ranked architecture, engineering and construction firm headquartered in Melbourne, Fla., announced today the promotion of Marti Watts to executive vice president of architecture and engineering (AE).

Watts joined the firm in 2013 as a project manager and has steadily assumed additional leadership roles. She currently serves as senior vice president and business unit leader for the firm’s manufacturing and industrial division, overseeing BRPH’s extensive portfolio of aviation, industrial and automotive projects, while growing and maintaining key client relationships worldwide. She will retain these responsibilities while taking on additional duties within the AE division. AE is one of three companies under the BRPH corporate umbrella, including mission solutions and construction services.

An industry leader with 28 years of design and project management experience, Watts brings to her role an in-depth knowledge of facility design, program management and construction administration experience for large-scale industrial projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and is LEED AP and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
