April 26, 2023 – The Board of Directors for BRPH, a nationally ranked architecture, engineering and construction firm headquartered in Melbourne, Fla., announced today the promotion of Marti Watts to senior vice president and Margaret Brock to vice president.

Watts currently serves as vice president, principal and business unit leader for BRPH’s manufacturing and industrial sector, overseeing the firm’s extensive aviation, industrial and automotive projects. She develops opportunities for the company within this rapidly evolving market, interfacing with new and existing clients, and expanding BRPH’s presence in the United States and abroad. An industry leader with nearly 30 years of experience, Watts has established a successful track record of leadership in project and program management, business development, facility design and planning, and construction administration. She is LEED AP and project management professional (PMP) certified. Watts has been with the firm for 10 years.

Brock currently serves as a firm principal and business unit leader for BRPH’s hospitality market, overseeing the firm’s growing list of hotels, resorts, vacation clubs and other experiential environments in the worldwide leisure market. Her extensive relationships with leisure brands and development partners offer a significant network with whom to facilitate and implement projects, resulting in the steady growth of BRPH’s reputation as a trusted advisor and leader in the hospitality and design arena. Brock’s 30+ years of experience in hospitality and related design industries have cultivated her strength in building cross-collaborative teams across disciplines, enabling the hospitality team to create and maintain the highest standards for design and to deliver on BRPH’s full-service brand promise. Brock has been with the firm for five years.
