Melbourne, Fla.-Based AEC Firm Earns Spot on Prestigious Industry Ranking for Third Time
MELBOURNE, FLA. June 10, 2024 – BRPH, a nationally ranked architecture, engineering and construction firm with 10 offices nationwide, recently was named one of Zweig Group’s “Best Firms to Work For.” The Zweig Group provides the largest employee survey in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry, then “celebrates top firms in the United States and Canada based on workplace practices, benefits, retention rates and more.” Firms are ranked in categories according to the number of employees, with scores based on a combination of 80 percent anonymous employee surveys and 20 percent corporate surveys.
The voluntary survey can be conducted annually; however, BRPH offers the survey to its 300+ team members every three to four years. This marks the third time BRPH has earned the distinction of “Best Firm to Work For,” with previous awards in 2015, 2019 and 2021.
