Firms are ranked by categories based on employee size, with scores determined through a combination of 80 percent anonymous employee surveys and 20 percent corporate surveys.
The voluntary survey is offered annually by Zweig Group; however, BRPH conducts the survey among its team members every few years. This marks the fifth time BRPH has earned the distinction of “Best Firm to Work For,” having previously received the honor in 2015, 2019, 2021 and 2024.
