Experienced Project Executive Promoted to Drive Future of Growing M&I Market
MELBOURNE, Fla. Sept. 29, 2025 – BRPH, a nationally ranked architecture, engineering and construction firm, announced today the promotion of Andrew Liby to business unit leader for the firm’s manufacturing and industrial (M&I) market segment.
As the new business unit leader for M&I, Liby will leverage his experience as a civil engineer and project executive to drive the continued growth of this critical market segment. During his 12 years with BRPH, he has successfully guided complex projects for top-tier clients including Rolls-Royce, Gulfstream, Airbus, and Boeing. Liby is known for his ability to combine deep technical knowledge with strategic oversight which has consistently improved operational efficiency and built consensus among diverse stakeholders to achieve project success.

Liby joined the firm in 2013 as a project manager. Over his tenure at BRPH, he has led numerous highly technical projects from conceptual planning through construction and startup. Most recently, he served as a project executive, managing a wide range of both new-build and renovation projects for aviation manufacturing and mission-critical facilities.
With 18 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, Liby has served as a strategic leader for multidisciplinary projects across the aviation, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, education and commercial sectors. He brings executive-level oversight, client engagement, and high-level coordination to ensure design excellence, regulatory compliance, and project efficiency. Liby earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida, is a licensed professional engineer and is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. He is based in the firm’s Melbourne, Fla. headquarters.
