BRPH is proud to announce its partnership with SHL Medical on the design of its 250,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in North Charleston, SC.

The firm will provide architecture, engineering and design for the advanced facility, which will feature medical device injection molding and fully automated assembly capabilities to help meet the growing market demand for SHL Medical’s autoinjector product portfolio. Operations are expected to launch by 2024.

Headquartered in Switzerland, SHL Medical designs, develops and manufactures drug delivery solutions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies around the world.

The project represents an expansion of BRPH’s life sciences/medical devices manufacturing portfolio and a major contribution to the growing life sciences market in the Charleston area, making a significant impact on the economic development of the region and the state.
