Services Architecture Engineering Construction Management Awards + Certifications LEED Silver Meridian Properties Melbourne, Florida BRPH worked collaboratively with a developer/owner to provide design-build services for a four-story office building located across from the Indian River Lagoon in Melbourne, Florida. The contemporary design features massive expanses of glass to take advantage of the picturesque water views. The 71,200-square-foot building features a compact building core allowing greater flexibility for tenant space planning.
