Award-Winning Atlanta-Based Designer Cristi Moore to Lead Interiors Across Multiple Markets

Jan. 18, 2023 – BRPH, a nationally ranked architecture, engineering and construction firm with nine offices nationwide, recently welcomed Cristi Moore, ASID, IIDA, NCIDQ, as the firm’s national practice leader for interior design. Moore’s expertise reinforces BRPH’s commitment to world-class design and elevates interior design across all business units: hospitality, commercial, entertainment, manufacturing, aerospace/defense and education.

Moore brings to the role 25 years of award-winning designs for leading global brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Hard Rock Hotels, Great Wolf Lodge, Westin Hotels, Loews Hotels and Hilton, as well as notable experience in office workspaces and wellness/senior living. She most recently served as design director, Southeast hospitality leader, design experience leader and senior associate for Gensler Atlanta, where she collaborated with leadership to establish Atlanta’s hospitality practice, what is now considered the Center of Excellence for the Southeast Region within Gensler. Prior to that, Moore worked at several luxury-tier design firms, including CCID (formerly Clausen-Chewning Interior Design), HBA/Hirsch Bedner Associates, FODA Design and Donghia Associates. She spent two years at The Ritz-Carlton as corporate manager, interior design and 12 years as owner of Cristi Moore Inc. Moore is based in BRPH’s Atlanta office and will build and lead a team of talented interior designers serving clients nationwide.

Moore’s inspired creativity and extensive knowledge of design, construction and operations for all types of new and renovated projects, as well as her skill with repositioning for corporate clients, makes her well-suited to the diversity of BRPH’s client base.

With her roots in hospitality, she is well-versed in all phases of design with a strong focus on conceptual storytelling, finishes and materiality, design documentation and presentation methods.

Moore is certified by the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ), and her team’s designs have earned more than a dozen awards including two IIDA “Best of the Best” citations and three ASID Design Excellence Golds, as well as earning placements in publications including Architectural Digest. She serves on the Advisory Board for the College of Architecture Art & Design at Mississippi State University and as a Hospitality Forums Leader for the International Interior Design Association, Georgia Chapter. She recently established the Cristi Moore Endowed Scholarship at Mississippi State University’s College of Architecture Art & Design to recognize students with a passion for experience design.

Moore earned a Master of Arts in Design Management & Strategy from Savannah College of Art and Design and dual bachelor’s degrees in Interior Design and Business Administration/Marketing from Mississippi State University.
