ADVANCED COMPOSITES FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF FLIGHT
After successfully completing Boeing’s 787 Final Assembly Building in Charleston, South Carolina, the BRPH team was called back to design and build the Composite Wing Center for the Boeing 777X.
This was a unique challenge for the BRPH team, as the building structure to be designed–the support, foundation, power, electric, piping, etc.–was to support tooling processes that had yet-to-be developed. The tools that would be housed inside the 40-58 Building had not been manufactured when the time came to design the structure. Learn more.

Multiple Facilities, One Design Brand
The two-story Embraer Phenom Manufacturing and Delivery Center’s functionality is driven by the customer experience from the sales stage, through configuration until final delivery process. The facility features a vast atrium, mockup showroom, formal dining-room and fully equipped delivery suites that allows customers to both conduct business and relax during the delivery of their aircraft. South of the Border Design
While Kathrein project executives remained in Germany, BRPH established a full team and office presence in Mexico to handle the day to day operation of the design and construction, and at the same time, BRPH project managers flew around the world vetting and establishing a cultural and technical baseline for the company’s most modern facility to date.
