We are recognized for our ability to design highly-specialized, one-of-a-kind facilities and formulate new and innovative design solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
HARRIS TECHNOLOGY CENTER
BRPH designed an advanced facility for workplace excellence and collaboration. The new Harris Technology Center is the focal point of the redefined Palm Bay campus.
The exterior of the building is all glass and is intended to convey a slick, modern engineering style. The glass facade incorporates high performance glass, sun shades, double skins, operational shades and translucent and spandrel glass to meet and exceed LEED® standards while providing a bright, comfortable, open office plan.
…For Innovative People
To provide employees with the greatest level of collaboration and potential for innovation, typical office levels three through six are laid out over a contiguous 83,000 square foot plan. Within this plan are areas for conferencing, collaboration, huddle room, break areas, laboratories, closed offices and open offices.
