MELBOURNE, FLA. Jan. 27, 2025 – BRPH, a nationally ranked architecture, engineering and construction firm headquartered in Melbourne, Fla., announced today the promotion of Jennifer Harvin to national practice leader for civil engineering.
In this role, Harvin will lead and direct BRPH’s civil engineering practice, supervising the firm’s nationwide team of civil engineers and providing technical guidance to ensure the high quality of BRPH projects. In her 18 years at BRPH, Harvin has taken on increasing responsibilities, including mentoring the growing civil engineering team and working closely with clients.

Throughout her career, Harvin has contributed significantly to successful BRPH projects ranging from theme park attractions, schools and commercial offices to launch pads, payload processing and aviation manufacturing facilities. Harvin earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in Civil and Coastal Engineering. She is a licensed professional engineer.
