BRPH Recognized for Commitment to Team Member Health, Wellness and Vitality

MELBOURNE, Fla., March 25, 2026 – Cigna Healthcare® has named BRPH a recipient of their 2025 gold level Healthy Workforce Designation for demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the health and vitality of its employees through a workplace well-being program.

To earn the designation—for the third year—BRPH was evaluated based on its wellness program mission and goals, its health engagement program and its health-related policies and accommodations.

BRPH’s wellness mission focuses on supporting employees in leading balanced lives both personally and professionally, with an emphasis on physical, mental, emotional and financial well-being. The approach is designed to foster a workplace environment that supports growth, collaboration and overall employee engagement.

“At BRPH, our team members’ health and well-being are a top priority, and we are honored to be recognized with the Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation,” said Janie McDermott, senior vice president, chief human resources officer and principal at BRPH. “We recognize the important role wellness plays in overall quality of life, job satisfaction and productivity, and we remain committed to continuously strengthening our programs and fostering a workplace where our people can thrive.”

The firm offers a range of programs and benefits to support that mission, including a preventive care campaign with cancer and other health screenings, onsite massage services, fitness challenges and educational sessions. Health-related policies include a low-cost health insurance plan, flexible hybrid work schedules, paid time off, short-term disability and paid leave for birth or adoption and bereavement.

“Employers like BRPH that prioritize workforce vitality—by addressing workplace stress, promoting healthy behaviors and fostering a sense of competence, autonomy and connection, are supporting employee well-being and driving organizational success,” said Bryan Holgerson, president of Cigna Healthcare U.S. “As a company committed to creating better health care experiences and outcomes, we’re proud to recognize and celebrate employers who are building cultures of well-being across all dimensions of vitality.”
