C-130 Pope Hangar

The C-130 Aircraft hangar at Pope Air Force Base was a significant design/build project that used the efficiencies of this construction delivery method to trim 6 months off the government's 24-month project schedule. It included an initial partnering session, use of the "DrChecks" web-based drawing review system, and coordination by BRPH and the contractor with a number of specialty consultants. The design exceeded the SPiRiT sustainable design bronze rating, and incorporated all of the relevant military and local installation design standards.
