After holding a design charrette with Embraer personnel, BRPH master planned two sites in Melbourne, Florida, to meet the immediate needs of Embraer. A design and delivery center for all the company's executive jet models will be located on one site, with a manufacturing facility for Embraer Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 models on the second site. The design and delivery center is easily accessible and prominent in its location on Apollo Boulevard, while the production center is situated on the interior site. Each is accessible from the taxiway. This master plan configuration allows visibility of the design center from the main thoroughfare and maintains an appropriate level of security for the production area.
