Pinellas Bus Maintenance Facility

Maintaining, managing, and fueling the fleet became a lot easier with the completion of Pinellas School District's bus maintenance facility. The existing garage remained operational until the new one was built, so BRPH designers incorporated phasing to keep everything moving on the small 10-acre site. A massive parking lot and 10-bay garage, underground fuel tanks, and fuel dispensing complex served the mechanical needs, while administrative offices and a driver's lounge to served the human components of the fleet.
