BRPH worked closely with Gambro to design a state-of-the-art prototype manufacturing and distribution facility for their product, assisting the owner in correctly laying out the various process flows in the manufacture, storage and distribution of the liquid dialysate product. After thoroughly reviewing every step of the process in the existing facility, BRPH was able to assist with increasing the efficiency of the manufacturing operation. The manufacturing areas include production, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and a water quality laboratory. In addition to manufacturing and warehouse areas, the facility includes office space, conference facilities, a training room, cafeteria, and outdoor dining patio for employees.
