Tuskawilla Middle School

The new Tuskawilla Middle School expansion plan initially met with some opposition from homeowners near the school who were concerned that a three-story building would dominate their neighborhood. Public meetings were held so the BRPH team could answer questions and field discussion. In the end, the neighbors were won over and agreed that not only would the handsome brick façade blend easily with its surroundings but the smaller footprint would also allow a new parent drop-off area, alleviating congestion on the surrounding roads.
