U.S. Southern Command

The new U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) 640,000 SF headquarters complex in Miami-Doral, Florida will enable consolidation of all USSOUTHCOM staff, directorates, and support organizations into a single facility. BRPH is providing architectural, engineering, and interior design services, and construction administration for the Services Building; Coalition-Interagency Operations Center and an Army & Air Force Exchange Service Mini Mall at the complex. All buildings are designed to be Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) compliant and hurricane hardened.
