Cocoa City Hall

Cocoa City Hall captures the history, character, and warmth of the city while also providing an efficient and well organized layout. Comfortable spaces provide a welcoming environment for citizens of Cocoa to obtain municipal services. The functional requirements of the building are presented in a logical and user-friendly fashion with first floor access to public service departments. The emergency operations and building departments are located on the second floor, and staff offices on the third. BRPH incorporated principles from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED™) program toward the goal of achieving a LEED™ Silver Certification by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
