Carroll Distributing

Carroll Distributing's new distribution center was designed and constructed by BRPH in compliance with Anheuser-Busch's stringent facility requirements. A hurricane hardened, thermally efficient, and mold-resistant building system was created with the "concrete sandwich" method, two layers of concrete surrounding a layer of insulation. To accommodate Anheuser-Busch's high cleanliness standards requiring floors to be delivered in pristine condition, BRPH first constructed the walls and ceilings then literally poured the concrete floor as the construction crew backed out of the building.
