C.O.Taylor & Kirklane Elementary School

C.O.Taylor/Kirklane Elementary School was built on playfields adjacent to an existing school which remained operational throughout construction. BRPH provided an integrated value engineering and design process to ensure continuous controls for this project. All approved value engineering was incorporated into the design documents within the original design schedule, ensuring no delay in the start of construction, and resulting in a project cost $2 million under budget.
