Meridian Center

The Indian River Lagoon provides a spectacular backdrop for the Meridian Center, a four-story, Class ‘A' office building designed and built by the BRPH integrated services team. BRPH is also the signature tenant in this building, with corporate headquarters occupying the top two floors. BRPH interior designers fashioned the workspaces after a traditional open studio model. Individual workspaces throughout the floor receive natural light from oversized perimeter windows and waist-high partitions between the spaces encourage collaboration in the creative process. The building will be LEED Silver certified.
