Gray Middle School

BRPH provided design services for the construction, remodel and renovation of Cecil E. Gray Middle School in Lake County, Florida. The three-story middle school serves 1,400 students in a campus style layout with a central courtyard. The existing gymnasium was repurposed into a cafeteria with a unique outdoor dining court, a classroom building was remodeled into new administrative offices and media center and the auditorium was completely renovated to make room for a choral wing addition. The remaining buildings were also demolished to make way for the central courtyard.
