Boeing Charleston Master Plan

BRPH provided master planning services for The Boeing Company's new 240-acre manufacturing complex in North Charleston, South Carolina. The plan included research and analysis of site development data and constraints such as soil conditions, stormwater management, wetland impacts, utility infrastructure, traffic studies, site circulation, existing facility growth, and air space analysis. Our team also provided a site assessment describing prior building expansion plans considered for the current facilities.
