Fort Stewart Classroom and Storage Facilities

This is the third project awarded to the BRPH Architects-Engineers, Inc. and Lifecycle Construction Services, LLC design/build team under an Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District, 5-year Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The project consists of a classroom building to house battalion training operations at Fort Stewart, Georgia, and eight organizational storage facilities. The project is one of several the team will deliver via Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). This approach is based on cooperative working relationships and open exchanges of data and typically results in lower construction costs, shorter design and construction schedules, and improved efficiency and productivity.
