After 500 years, the world’s oldest company is experiencing that new building smell. Beretta, founded in 1526 and known as the oldest industrial company in the world, recently opened their new U.S. operations headquarters. Beretta’s move from Maryland to Tennessee was initiated by a need to expand its manufacturing capabilities.

This marks the beginning of a new facility identify for Beretta as they celebrate ‘modern American’ style. This includes embracing the character and cultural qualities of local building resources including using stone and wood together to create a timeless design.

The design entails a facility that is expandable by up to approximately 200,000 SF with the option to keep a portion of the building unoccupied. The facility includes space for office facilities, with the remaining space dedicated to manufacturing. We worked closely with Beretta to streamline its manufacturing capabilities and production lines which will result in improved production capacity for the new facility.
