ADVANCED COMPOSITES FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF FLIGHT

After successfully completing Boeing’s 787 Final Assembly Building in Charleston, South Carolina, the BRPH team was called back to design and build the Composite Wing Center for the Boeing 777X.

This was a unique challenge for the BRPH team, as the building structure to be designed–the support, foundation, power, electric, piping, etc.–was to support tooling processes that had yet-to-be developed. The tools that would be housed inside the 40-58 Building had not been manufactured when the time came to design the structure. Learn more.
