Marine Reserve Corps Center achieves Gold LEED certification

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND - The Marine Reserve Corps Center in Baltimore, Maryland was recently certified as a LEED Gold project. BRPH provided architectural services for the facility located in Baltimore, Maryland and the project was delivered under a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for design-build services.
The project consisted of renovations to two separate facilities, the 31,850 SF Reserve Administration Facility and the 9,650 SF Vehicle Maintenance Facility. The renovation included the complete demolition of all interior features and systems except those of a structural nature. Repairs, upgrades, and new construction reorganized the space to provide for more efficient and effective execution of the unit mission.
