ATLANTA, GEORGIA - BRPH, an international architecture, engineering and construction services firm, is pleased to announce that its regional Atlanta division has relocated operations to a new commercial office building in metro-Atlanta. The firm is leasing 8,400 square feet of space in the Paces West complex, a 646,000 square foot facility situated in the Cumberland/Galleria micro market. The new move will provide a larger space for the facilitation of an increasing number of new projects as well as provide easier access and enhanced accommodations for current and prospective clients. BRPH previously occupied office space in Marietta.
"As an established architecture firm, BRPH has positioned its interests favorably to adapt to constantly evolving industry conditions," said Bruce Lott, vice president of the firm's Atlanta office. As a result, our portfolio has strengthened, our clients have stayed engaged, our roster of associates has grown, and will continue to grow, and we see few impediments on our path to even larger market expansion."
For over 10 years, BRPH has held a presence in the Atlanta region and has quickly made a name for itself in a variety of markets, specifically education, municipal, and retail. Most notably, BRPH's Atlanta office manages a long-standing contract with AT&T Wireless and provides design services for its retail stores across the Southeastern U.S. Year to date, over 50 new or existing AT&T retail store projects have been managed by the firm.
The group is also well known for its design of new educational facilities and improvement of existing ones for school districts across the state of Georgia. Post-secondary education projects are also managed by BRPH for entities such as the Board of Regents and the Technical College System.
