Adept at long-range planning, BRPH leaders analyze market trends, identify opportunities, create a corporate vision, and set strategy and policy. Each member of the BRPH leadership team has an active role in running the firm and also provides executive oversight for our projects.

Brad Harmsen, AIA
Mr. Harmsen is president and chief executive officer of BRPH Companies, Inc. and has over 36 years of experience as an architect and executive manager. Prior to joining BRPH, he served as president and chief operating officer for a top 100 architecture, engineering, and construction firm where he was responsible for all aspects of the commercial, schools, industrial, water/environment, transportation, construction, and design-build divisions. Mr. Harmsen works directly with division and project managers to improve quality and productivity. His experience includes working with clients and builders on multi-year development programs.

Carroll Vigil, P.E.
Mr. Vigil is senior vice president of BRPH Architects - Engineers, Inc. and the principal executive of BRPH South Florida operations. He has extensive experience with project management, design, and field engineering in the construction of over $1 billion and 5 million square feet of facilities. He has performed multi-facility surveys, assessments, conservation/efficiency studies, programming, recommendations, and oversight for various school districts and industrial clients (ranging from 25 to 175 facilities). Mr. Vigil is an industrial and electrical engineer with experience in facility planning, layout, power, lighting, communication, data, control, and fire alarm systems for various commercial, industrial, and educational facilities.

Bruce Lott, AIA
Mr. Lott is vice president of BRPH Architects – Engineers, Inc. and has over 41 years of design experience specializing in all facets of project development. His expertise includes programming, master planning, design, space planning, interiors, technical development, specifications, construction administration, and overall project management. His project experience includes health/medical, institutional, educational, corporate, retail, and data and communication centers for government and commercial facilities.

Brian Curtin, P.E.
Mr. Curtin is president of BRPH Architects – Engineers, Inc. and is responsible for directing the design team on all governmental, commercial, and industrial projects. His leadership is based on an in-depth technical background and thorough understanding of manufacturing and assembly facilities. His design experience includes site planning and traffic circulation, corporate headquarters buildings, state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical systems, and additional specialized services. Mr. Curtin is LEED accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Randall Thron, AIA
Mr. Thron is senior vice president of federal projects for BRPH. He has been a registered professional architect in Florida since 1983 and has outstanding experience in the design of commercial, industrial, municipal, educational, recreational, and aerospace facilities. He ensures the completeness and accuracy of the design drawings produced by architects and engineers, coordinates the preparation of the project renderings color boards, and specifications. Mr. Thron also directly oversees quality assurance, value engineering, LEED standards, the material takeoff, and the completion of the cost estimate.

Bill Row, P.E.
Mr. Row is Vice President of BRPH Architects – Engineers, Inc. and has over 14 years of experience as a civil engineer for educational, commercial, and government projects. In the course of his duties as Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer, he oversees the work of the other technical staff and ensures that a quality product is delivered on schedule. Mr. Row is proficient at both small and large scale watershed studies, stormwater modeling, and conveyance design. He also has experience with site layout, paving, grading, utility, and pump station design. Mr. Row has a long-standing relationship with the local and state regulatory agencies.
